跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

安奇帮(1956.06.22——)，号祖金，陕西长武人，美国亚洲美术家协会荣誉副主席、中央国家机关书法家协会理事、中泰文化大使(泰国皇室授予)、中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会理事会副理事长、中央国家机关美术家协会会员、北京美术家协会会员、北京书法家协会会员。

自幼学习国画，少年时期受教于何海霞，天赋异禀，学成后长期为国家完成绘画任务并从事美术教育工作，期间，安奇帮受赵无极点拨，将东方抽象与西方抽象完美融合，开创东方象形画派，后经法国著名画家里奥引荐，进入世界排名第一的英国皇家艺术学院学习深造，艺术面貌结合中西绘画精华，色彩多变、笔触富有张力，将中国最早的抽象艺术“甲骨文”与西方印象派绘画相结合，被称为“东方象形派”代表人物。

法国卢浮宫两次邀请其举办个展，英国查尔斯王子收藏安奇帮两幅画作并亲自邀请其出席王室晚宴，泰国皇室颁发给其国王勋章，日本关东美术馆抢藏其画作，美国最大出版社领英全球销售唯一中国当代艺术家著作，雅昌年度当代艺术家指数榜单top20，保利、翰海、荣宝连续四年上拍其画作。

Anqibang (June 22, 1956-), also known as Zujin, was born in Changwu, Shaanxi. He is the Honorary Vice Chairman of the Asian Artists Association in the United States, a member of the Central State Organ Calligraphers Association, a cultural ambassador to China and Thailand (awarded by the Thai royal family), Vice Chairman of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of the Chinese Couplet Society, a member of the Central State Organ Artists Association, a member of the Beijing Artists Association, and a member of the Beijing Calligraphers Association.

He Haixia learned Chinese painting when he was young, and he was educated by him when he was young. He was gifted. After learning, he completed painting tasks for the country and engaged in art education for a long time. During this period, Anqi helped Zhao Wuji to integrate the oriental abstract and western abstract perfectly, and created the Oriental Pictorial School. Later, he was introduced by the famous French painter Leo, and entered the Royal Academy of Art, which ranked first in the world, for further study. His artistic appearance combined the essence of Chinese and western painting, with changeable colors and rich strokes. He combined the Chinese earliest abstract art "Oracle Bone Inscriptions" with western impressionist painting, and was known as the representative figure of the "Oriental Pictorial School".

The Louvre in France has twice invited him to hold solo exhibitions, Prince Charles of the UK has collected two paintings of the Anqibang and personally invited him to attend royal dinners, the Thai royal family has awarded him the King's Medal, the Kanto Museum of Fine Arts in Japan has seized his paintings, the largest publishing house in the United States, LinkedIn, globally sells the only works of Chinese contemporary artists, and is ranked among the top 20 contemporary artists in the Yachang Annual Contemporary Artists Index. Poly, Hanhai, and Rongbao have been filming his paintings for four consecutive years.
